Design Consultation
Your portrait experience includes a zoom or in-studio consultation to design your dream photo shoot. This is your opportunity to share your expectations and let us know how you dream of being photographed. We will discuss ideas on styling to make sure that your vision becomes a reality. We will provide you with our welcome package that includes a pricing menu, and styling guide that will help you prepare for an amazing photo shoot experience.

Wardrobe Styling
As part of the experience you also have full access to our couture wardrobe with more than 200 gowns and dresses that include several sizes and styles. If you decide to bring your own, I will guide you on the 4 - 5 outfit changes to bring. I will provide you plenty of guidance on how to choose the most flattering clothing pieces to wear during your session.

Makeup & Hair Styling
Your portrait experience will start with a fabulous pampering makeup and hair styling session. Our studio photo shoots incorporate professional makeup and hair to prepare you for camera, highlight your best features and bring out your confidence, so you can sit back and relax before your photo shoot begins.

Guided Photoshoot
Relax! it’s not your job to be photogenic! Mayumi will coach you through body language and expression, she will sculpt your body to achieve the most flattering poses and manage a lighting set up that will make you look your best. Mayumi will work with you to bring out the best of your personal style, making sure that you feel confident and comfortable throughout your photography experience.

Professional Retouching
Professional image retouching is included in your experience. We specialise in high-end magazine style editing, which means each of your images will be detailed retouched while maintaining a natural look of your liking.

Reveal & Ordering
A private reveal session will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after your photo shoot. This is the time for you to sit, enjoy your stunning portraits and see yourself at your most beautiful!. Then you will make your portraits selection from a gallery of 30-45 images. What you buy is totally up to you.

PRODUCT AND ORDERING FAQs
Do I need to choose which products I want before the shoot?
No, the final purchase decisions are made after you’ve seen your images. However, knowing beforehand which products you’re drawn to will help me to create exactly what you want.
How many images will I be able to choose from?
At least 30 images from your shoot will be presented to you.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No. The idea is that I take images so incredibly gorgeous that you want to buy them. You only buy the images you love, so what you decide to spend is up to you.
Will my portraits be “Photoshopped?”
Our signature retouching is applied to every image you see during your reveal session. Additional retouching is available starting at $15/image.
Can I get digital files of the images?
Each image you purchase will also include its digital file in web size resolution so you can share on the web and social media sites.
Can I customised my portrait collection?
Yes. Mayumi can customize a collection of your liking to match the products, colors and materials of your preference and customize wall art to match your style and the space available to display your beautiful portraits.
Are payment plans available?
Yes!, we offer payment plans for purchases of $3500 or more.
When will I receive my order?
Turnaround is 2-5 weeks after payment has been made in full.
